dagdriver.net ("we," "our," or "us") operates the 4x4 Interval Training mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

We built the 4x4 Interval Training app as a tool for personal fitness. This App is designed to protect your privacy and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information to us or any third-party servers.

Heart Rate Data (Health Data)

The App accesses real-time heart rate data from your connected Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) or Smartwatch.

• Use: This data is used solely to provide real-time feedback (visual and voice) during your workout and to calculate your time spent in the target zone.
• Storage: This data is processed in the volatile memory (RAM) of your device and is not stored permanently or uploaded to any cloud service. Once the workout summary is closed, the data is cleared.

Bluetooth and Nearby Devices

To connect to your heart rate monitor, the App requires permissions to scan for and connect to "Nearby Devices."

• Location Services: On some versions of Android, Bluetooth scanning may require Location permissions to be enabled. We do not track, collect, or store your GPS location or movement data.

The App uses Google Play Services, which may collect information used to identify you.
